In order to achieve a better understanding of your current financial position and to make a concise recommendation, we must receive your written permission, review your credit rating and analyze your financial position.  Therefore, to get started, please complete the following two (2) steps:

Print, Complete and Fax BOTH the Borrowers Authorization Form AND Credit Report Authorization form located above under the Forms tab (takes less than 1 minute to load).  Please complete, sign and fax both by all applicable Applicants to 561 431-3178 (secured fax).

Apply online by selecting APPLY ONLINE listed above on the Left or Right Banner OR you may Apply the TRADITIONAL WAY by printing, completing and faxing the manual Application located above under the Forms tab.

  

You may also login into an existing account if you have already applied before and wish to continue. Upon submitting your Application, please either fax (limiting 10 pages per fax) OR mail the initial documentation listed below.  Thank you for the opportunity to serve you!

Initial Documentation

1.  Signed and Completed Borrowers Authorization AND Credit Report Authorization forms indicated in STEP ONE. Again, these forms are to be printed, completed, signed and faxed by all applicable Applicants to 561 431-3178 (secured fax)

2.   Copies of all Applicants’ Drivers Licenses (enlarged by 300% and lightened as much as possible)

 

3.   Copies of all Applicants’ latest 30 days worth of Pay Stubs AND a specific contact name & phone number of Applicants' Manager, HR Dept., and/or an emailed Authorization number via your employer's automatic Employment Verification system (ie. www.QuickConfirm.com )

 

4.   Copies of all Applicants’ latest two (2) years worth of W-2s and/or 1099s

 

5.   Copies of all Applicants’ latest two (2) years FILED 1040 Personal Tax Returns – All pages and All Schedules

 

6.   Copies of all Applicants’ latest two (2) months Bank statements on ALL asset accounts—All pages are extremely important (i.e. if statements show Page One of Four, I need ALL four) – Additionally, if Bank Website Printouts are used, ALL MUST contain Applicants’ NAME, ADDRESS and ENTIRE ACCOUNT NUMBER – if any are missing, above said Bank Statements must be ordered from Applicants’ Banking institution by Applicant

 

7.   If you are purchasing a new home – copies of Original and Signed subject property's Purchase Contract with all schedules and pages

 

8.   If you are currently renting – copies of all Applicants’ current Rental Lease and Landlord contact information

 

9.   If you currently own, copies of all Applicants’ current Homeowners Insurances on all owned residential properties

 

10If refinancing, copy of current Mortgage Statement, Owners' Title Policy and Survey

 

11. If applicable, copies of all Applicants’ latest monthly or quarterly Homeowner Association Maintenance Coupon / Statement on all Applicants’ owned residential properties

 

12. If applicable, current contact names & phone numbers of each above said Associations

 

13. If applicable, copies of all Applicants’ Rental Leases on all currently owned rental properties

 

14. If applicable, copies of all Applicants’ Final Divorce Decree and Settlement Agreements
